The warranty does NOT cover damage caused by mishandling of the handset or any other accident damage caused by dropping, scratching, immersing in water, software failure, software ugrade, virus etc.
- The warrant covers the handset ONLY. The battery, charger, handset free, cable and cover are NOT covered under the warranty
- If this handset malfunctions during the warranty period, you should return it to the point of sale. Phones WILL NOT be accepted without the relevant receipt/cash sale.
- The warranty will be VOID if the warranty seal or the screws on the handset have been tampered with.
- Any out of warrant repairs will be charged. No reimbursement will be made for repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel, and such repairs will render the warranty void.
- Faults reported will take a minimum of three(3) working days for our service center to check and rectify your phone.
- For upgrading/swapping phones, the client must report to the point of sale within 12 hours. Upgrading/Swapping after 12 Hours will attract a 30% surcharge and will depend on the condition of the phone.
